change my account anual -> month (paid already)

Hi,

What I would like to ask is whether it is possible to cancel the annual subscription of the professional account paid on December 13th and then make a monthly payment again.
Can I cancel or refund the current US$468.00 payment? 

Surely I can pay this month again (If it change 'monthly' payment)

I looked it up in the homepage section, but I can only find renew tap, so I'm asking.

 

Please let me know how to proceed.

    • The hand Over  The reason that you didn't see the option to update your plan was because you cancelled the subscription already.  In order to downgrade from your Pro Annual to Pro Monthly you can follow the following steps: 

      • Go to your Profile page and push "Renew Plan" button
      • In the Custom portal, push the "Renew Plan" button and complete the renew (it will not incur any new charges as long as you renew before the expiration date of your current bill cycle)
      • Now you should see the "Update Plan" and "Cancel Plan" options in your custom portal
      • Push the "Update Plan" button and select the Monthly Professional plan that you'd like to update to. 
      • After updating to the Pro Monthly plan your bill cycle should be changed from yearly to monthly. You can still push the "Cancel Plan" button to schedule the cancellation of your monthly plan at the end of the current bill cycle if you want.  Otherwise it will automatically renew at the end of the current billing month.

      When you switch the subscription plan the prorated unused credits if any will be saved to your account as "store credits" and they will be automatically applied when you renew or purchase Animate 3D plans with the same account in the future.  No cash refund will be provided as a result of a downgrade.

    I already know 'renew' process...

    1. I'm not asking because I don't know how to renew the plan.
     (I'm not sending this email because I couldn't find the update plan button...)

    2. As you said, I have already changed it to a monthly plan.

    3. But, The plan renewal will take effect after December 2023.

    4. On December 13, 2022, the payment was already made with a one-year plan, and I want to change this part to monthly.

    5. In other words, I want to change the current annual renewal to monthly use.

    It is to cancel the current annual renewal payment and request that it be used monthly again. 

    I understand that this part can be adjusted within 7 days of payment.

    as you said, you can't get a refund under any circumstances, right?
    that's the point.
