Refund of $330.11
DeepMotion_Admin I was supposed to get a full refund of $330.11 since July 18th and I have still not received that. Could you confirm when I will receive my refund?.
I have reached out to customer support and I am not getting any response. I was told on July 18th that I will get my refund within 5-10 days. It is 13 days now and I have not gotten anything. Contact support are not responding either.
