Sorry for the inconvenience! We are currently in the process of transitioning our character library so it includes characters for each platform. The Root Joint at Origin character has not been added yet so we can understand this is an issue for you.
Please find a Custom Character with the Root Joint at Origin. Please upload this character to your Custom Character library and it should function as normal.

Identical symptom to me. Also, I can't find the 'root joint at origin' option as well. Can I get to know when your character transition could be finished?
