Hi, I recently made a purchase for monthly - $48 and I saw that my card was charged for annually with the amount of $468. Could you please help look into this and refund. I have sent an email regarding same issues and no response yet.

DeepMotion_Admin , I saw your message and I have replied back. You mentioned a processing fee will be deducted due to mistake. I do not understand that part. The purchase was done less than 1hr ago, why are you taking out a processing fee? I am only interested in monthly and not yearly. if professional of $117 monthly will be charged, then the refund should be $468 -$117 . That is $351 please.
