high volume que issue

so i paid and i have been waiting for three hours for a 15 second animation to get in que, what is happening? how long will it take to start the process i just want to know because my first trial before paying literally took minutes. will you guys get more equipment to make things work faster for the paying people? how do i not wait for a high volume que issue?
