Some questions

Hi. I'm interested in an animate 3d subscription, but I notice that the computing occurs in the cloud. Is there a way to run animate 3d on my own PC? I need to gather animation data from 50-100 hours of video and need to be as quick as possible. The web app seems really slow. My PC has an intel i9 13900k cpu a nvidia rtx 4090 gpu and 64gb gskill ddr5 ram. Also, I am curious if we are allowed to use the animations we create for commercial purposes? Thanks in advance.
