Hi DM DM and Nao Sakamoto , looking at the platform logs we believe both of your specific issues may be related to the custom models you guys are attempting to use in your jobs.
Our apologies for the inconvenience, our engineering teams are actively looking into the issue and we will post an update soon. To help confirm, have you run into the same issues when using the default character set (and the same input video) or using a character created through Animate 3D? That would help us narrow down the issue, thanks.
