You can try turning up "Motion Smoothing" if you have professional plan or above. Feel free to send your input video to support@deepmotion.com for further trouble-shooting.

The reason I tried a test with the free plan was to decide if I should get the professional plan. It is a simple video of my wife going from a t pose to hands down to raising one hand and moving it slightly. It was done in front of a green background shot about 8 feet away. She was wearing white clothes-shorts and a tee shirt. Her legs did not move at all. Surely there must be some further rules about how to film to get the jitter or shaking out.

I did try my short video on another online mocap site and it translated perfectly with no jitter. I would rather stay here at Deep Motion because I like how the site is arranged and I think this place is also the most affordable. But I think a test video done under all the guidelines you suggest should have no jitter or shaking. I guess it all has do do with the AI algorithm applied.
