It should work. We can export animation as .bvh assets. You can see if you can import them as animation assets for Second Life and let us know if you encounter any issues.

If it helps anyone, I was able to import the bvs and run a retarget using the Avastar add on.

There are bone differences but Avastar has a nice way to map those manually. I was able to then export into anim file and import it cleanly into SL
