    Sir I am getting the problem of animation is not completing so pls help me

    • Dfgfdg Fgdgd Did you use the same billing email during the checkout process as your main portal's login email address ? Please confirm the email address you used to login to portal.deepmotion.com and the billing email address you used during the payment / checkout process and we'll look into it.

    • Mohit Bansal If you are running out of the 60 seconds monthly recurring animation time from the Freemium plan  you can upgrade one of the paid plans as the following to get more animation time immediately and every month. Or you can wait for the next month's recurring 60 seconds animation time to refill.

    • Mohit Bansal Your Custom Model "Hritihik.fbx" uploaded has the following error:

      [Error]: <FBXAssetBelowGround> The provided model is below the ground plane. Please re-position the model so that the feet of the character are placed on the ground plane and try again.  </FBXAssetBelowGround> 

      We tested your uploaded video "52 Ghaz (2).mp4" with Default Character and it worked well.
