trying to switch Innovator back to Freemium
can you please tell me how to switch my account back to Freemium. i have paid for January, but after that i wish to switch to Freemium. i have tried opening the site in an Incognito browser, but i still see no sign of how to get to my account or membership level.

hi Julian Darley , if you'd like to cancel or downgrade your account you can reach out to our support team (support@deepmotion.com), which means if you want to take full advantage of your current monthly subscription you can do this on or near the last day of the month and our customer service team will be happy to support you. Otherwise please note our next Animate 3D release (which is coming soon!) will allow users to cancel/downgrade their subscriptions through the Animate 3D UI.
