TPose file exported from Character Creator 4 not recognized

I've set up a character's T-Pose in character creator 4 and exported it and I'm getting an error "the default pose in the file is not a T-pose...." Can you assist me?

  • I have exactly the same issue. I have tried every variation I can think of when saving to try to get a CC4 fbx file to load into the animation tool. I have replied to the support email.

The last support email we have from you was in Feburary when you said you were going to check your character for us so we could help you troubleshoot further! Please note that this is someone else's support thread that we handled via a support ticket. We have also followed up with you on your old support ticket.
