T Pose Issue

Hi all,

Happy New Year!

Hoping someone can be of assistance.

 

I have made a character in Reallusion Character Creator 3. I have set it's default pose as T-Pose, however, when uploading to Animate 3D Cloud, I get the message that the character is not in a T-Pose. Does anyone have the answer to this/have used this workflow before?

    If you are sure that the character is posed in T pose, i.e. the arms are parallel to the ground, you can check if the character hierarchy meet our requirement.

    If you still cannot identify the issue, or if you find any inconvenience walking through the Reallusion Character Creator 3 to DeepMotion workflow, please let us know. We will be happy to help and improve.

      I am still having issues and feel I have tried everything possible.

       

      Could I send the file for you to try? I have the full Reallusion CC3 etc and have tried everything possible so far.

      How is best to send it?
