Has been waiting for more than 2 hour for a job to be started 馃檪. There's no any cancel button before job started and hence can't even restart the process.

Already at the highest plan I could go. Please let me know what I could do.

    Sorry for the delay. If you are using Chrome can you right click and "inspect" and then check the Console output to see if there are any warning/error messages. Please send any error messages to support@deepmotion.com with your email in the Subject. We will investigate what happened.

      GongfuTiger Thanks for your reply. Here's my screenshot. After I reload, however, it looks like the problem is solved.

      May I also know if I close my browser during creating animation, will it cause problem?

  • Cher Chiu Thank you for sharing the error code. It's probably caused by a temporary server load balancing.  We will investigate more.  The close of your browser during creating animation shouldn't cause the problem.
