Cannot Upgrade Plan
Hey,
I have shot some video in portrait mode on my phone, this resolution (as its portrait) sits just outside of the allowed resolution for my Innovator account.
However, if i do try and upgrade to run my videos, the upgrade option under then next tier does not show, so I cannot process my videos
I would like to run my videos without upgrading to be honest as my pixels are slightly higher as i captured on my iphone

Jack Broome Thank you for reporting this problem to us. We have just fixed this problem in our pricing page and now you should be able to upgrade your plan to the next tier. Please try again and let us know if the Upgrade doesn't work.
