Access Forbidden

Hi - I'm evaluating Deep Motion for our studio.  I was able to login yesterday and earlier today, but now all that returns is "Access Forbidden"  Tried multiple times.  Things happen, but if the service is down on even a semi-regular basis, it would be hard to justify using it in a production/development environment.  Just some feedback, will try again later.

  • Paul Kardos Can you please provide a screenshot of the issue you're seeing? The service is not down and does not go down on any type of frequent basis. Please be sure to check the URL you're using and make sure it's secure - https://portal.deepmotion.com/

    • Paul Kardos It looks like you're trying to access 'staging.portal.deepmotion.com' - the address should be https://portal.deepmotion.com/ - can you please try this?

    • Paul Please hold! Our web team just found a potential configuration issue that's redirecting you to a different URL. We are working on this now and it should be fixed shortly

    • DeepMotion Okay, no problem.  Pretty fast resolution, I'm impressed. I have a meeting so I won't be able to try again for a bit, but I appreciate the responses.  I'll check back before I try again. Thanks!

    • Hi Paul Kardos , apologies on the bad timing here but the issue should be fixed now, if you simply login once again using https://portal.deepmotion.com/ you should be able to successfully login now.

The issue actually turned out to be with our cloud service provider (GCP) which is now resolved, again apologies for the inconvenience!

Of course let us know if you run into any additional issues or have questions, thanks.

    • riotnerd28 Our latest release introduced a web redirection bug accidentally which caused the issue reported in this thread.   We are fixing this one as our highest priority. Will post the updates here as soon as it's fixed.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
